Rhiannon Giddens performs a killer version of Hank Cochrane's "She's Got You" at the Corner Hotel, Richmond, Melbourne, Australia on April, 12, 2017. Singer, multi-instrumentalist and ethnomusicologist Rhiannon Giddens and her great band are one the great Americana outfits currently touring. Other great versions the song include those by Patsy Cline and, perhaps surprisingly, Dean Martin. With ...

I must say that it is so rare to see a man this handsome and very collected at age of 76 years old. It is even more rare to witness a man of his age is well mannered and extremely patient and polite, engaging in a conversation like the way he did. James Stewart is/ was truly a gem and I dont think people appreciated him enough. He was innately good natured and enormously talented man. RIP ❤
Wow
"...bless ma and sister and Bob and help me to be a good boy." (Dobe's death scene in 3 Godfathers)
lovely shoes.
Kinda hard to cover the great Bobby Gentry, good on ya, nice job
Fantastic cover.
Thank you
Ben Johnson and Harry Carey made John Wayne he was no good without these two 🐴🐴
3 of my favorite singers together. Awesome.
You guys made me fall in love with is tune, would love love love to see more from the 3 of you ❤
guy is a living wall of history
*Shame on you John Ford smoking those plastic tipped TIPARILLO made of premedominantly non tobacco material, fibers like old carpets etc. Couldn't you afford real cigars i.e. CUBAN Cigars, smoked by Orson Welles, Jean-Luc Godard and Alfred Hitchcock*
❤❤❤
I’d like to start a WhatsApp band. I play keyboard and guitar and I compose my own classical music
I realize till I got older that Ed Faulkner was in so many westerns. As a little kid, I just knew him as muscles from an Elvis Presley movie. Ben Johnson was as iconic as anybody else as far as westerns.
This is a one-of-a-kind song from all the days of "top-40" radio. It's like a little one-act play dealing with the life and times of the people mentioned.
I love, love, love this song, but can not do it justice,so stopped trying, God bless you for pulling this one off, not many can.
Marvelous ! Thanks for posting.

Nice! Thanks for posting. I was also lucky enough to hear him there as well last week (Jan 24, 2023). I also captured him playing Choctaw Bingo on that same guitar and posted it at ua-cam.com/video/c_G8NxncsUs/v-deo.html
wow wasn't expecting that what a voice.!!
Lovely song, lovely singer, lovely voice.
Great job covering a great song!
would love to play it just like that. Would you care to do a lesson for us admirers?
very good!
Plot Twist- This lady IS Bobbie Gentry.
Only one thing; you would think that these reporters would be more informed. I’m really surprised by some of the sophomoric questions…
Exactly.. their questions did not match his intellegence or his talent.. he got interrupted so many times.. such a nice warm man he was, never complained about their ignorence, they never rose to this giant man level.
Thanks so much for posting this. My best music friend and I attended and loved every minute. We had tickets for 2020, but it wasn't to be. I wish there was an official release of this show, it was fantastic start to finish.
Wish I had teachers like that when I went to school... well done 👍❤️🇦🇺
Nice voice
Show me the bands in Mississippi leave out the five minor chord, which is a beautiful change, I don't know why, I was listening to a group do it and I had to stop and say you're playing it completely wrong and losing the beauty of the song, put the five minor in the song or I'm calling the cops

Thank the god's, I was here for this. My dad adored John, the only reason I know him. Dad was diagnosed at 60 with cancer, I bought the tix to finally see John with my daddy. He was dead 9 weeks later, missed coming with me on the night, but was absolutely with me. Thank you Dad and thank you John, rest easy both of you xxx

They were just a touch shake at the beginning, but quickly got their Grove. I appreciate their take on one of my favourite Neil Young songs. Cheers from Canada.
Mind-boggling cover. I wish I knew how to play this one. I'm trying but...ouch.
Thanks Nicole. I’m glad you like the video. I was so impressed when I recorded it that I really wanted to share it with folks. And I am so envious of you to be able to play a guitar. I wish I could play a musical instrument. Keep plugging away and I’m sure you will master the song. Best regards, Ross.
@@TexasRoss Thanks Ross. Appreciate your reply. 🙂
So a new verse about the red river rehab! No bodark fence post 😞
The verse with the fence post reference is there at 8:32.
I think Ford's behavior is due to age and disposition as others have mentioned, but too, I think he is completely unimpressed with the interviewer... sized him up and decided, he'd rather be doing anything else..
Im just happy to see someone actually knows of this movie ❤️
British actor Donald Sinden, who was directed by Ford in "Mogambo", wrote that Ford took particular vindictive pleasure in treating him badly because of Sinden being English. Perhaps Philip Jenkinson's very English manner was a similar red rag to an old bull.
